  • The person who owns the payment account that was used to pay for a deposit is the only owner of the acount and its profits. Unfortunately, no data change can be performed to allow others to use or withdrawal with it.

  • Tax ID of your account 

    • Brazil: CPF,
    • Mexico: CURP
  • You typed the same value for the current and new Tax ID/CPF. But they must be different.

    If you want to change your CPF, you must return and type the correct Tax ID/CPF you want in your account when prompted for it. It must be the same as shown in your government documents. Also, return to the screen where you should type the current Tax ID/CPF of your account and type it, the incorrect one. To find it, open the website and click on "Deposit". Your current Tax ID can be found under the PIX or bank transfer options. 


    If you don't want to change your Tax ID/CPF, erase one of the fields, return to the first screen and select only the options you want to change.

  • You typed the same value for the current email and the new email you want in your account.


    If you don't want to change your email, erase one of the fields, return to the first screen and select only the options you want to change.

  • Proof of Address

    Most banks provide documents (e.g. invoice, bank statement, registration data, active payment account statement, etc.) that can be used as proof of address. Contact your bank if you can't find it on your own.

    • The Proof of Address must:
      1. Contain your name, 
      2. Be at most 3 months old

  • Proof of Payment of Your Last Deposit

    Payment Proofs or Invoices should contain:

    ① Full name,

    ② date and time,

    ③ value and,

    ④ if applicable: PIX identifier (32-character alphanumeric code starting with the letter "E" ex: EXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) OR sender and recipient account information OR last four digits of card OR boleto number.
